Metal Roof Specialties was established in July of 1992 by Jerry Iselin. Jerry had spent his previous 16 years in the Metal Roofing Industry as part of the West coast's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and siding products. He spent his last seven years as the Regional Vice President and General Manager. He was responsible for all the corporation's sales throughout the Pacific Northwest as well as the operation of three manufacturing facilities. In that time he became a recognized expert in the manufacture and design of metal roof systems and products.
While the use of sub-contractors for installations was and is a common practice in the metal roofing and siding industry, Jerry quickly realized it was not the best method for his company plan. He was unable to control the quality and consistency to the level he wanted and was not satisfied with the levels of customer service he provided through this method. He quickly began employing dedicated people for his installation teams as well as for customer service and sales.
Two completely metal clad buildings facilitate the entire operations of Metal Roof Specialties and provide an excellent showcase for metal roof and wall applications while also incorporating a show room of the large variety of products and finishes offered.
